We currently collect and process the following information:
- Full name, date of birth, address, contact telephone numbers, e-mail addresses.
- Business name, business contact details, business payment details.
- Details of any of your employees/staff that we have to communicate with as part of our work with you, including telephone and e-mail contact details of such staff.
- Qualifications and specialties, courses attended, insurance details, DBS information held about you, GMC/HCPC/other relevant registration.
- Your Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Medical reports produced by you.

- Full names, contact telephone numbers and e-mail addresses of relevant staff members that we have communication with as part of our work with you.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
Claimants/injured parties
- Arranging appointments with medical experts for the provision of medical reports
- Arranging investigations, including but not limited to, medical imaging.
- Arranging treatments, including but not limited to, physiotherapy and psychological therapies
- Obtaining medical records
- Any other services relevant to the progression of your personal injury claim
- In order to defend any claims bought against us in relation to our work
- To fulfill any legal obligations that we are required to comply with

- Medical experts who are instructed in the provision of medical reports as part of your claims process

- Entering into a contract with you/your company
- To complete checks to ensure that you have the necessary qualifications and experience to carry out the services required, particularly in relation to the assessment of claimants and the provision of medico-legal reports
- Checks include, but are not limited to, registration with professional bodies, insurance and DBS information held about you
- Arranging appointments with claimants for the provision of medical reports
- Ongoing communication in relation to the completion of medical reports
- Sharing of completed medical reports with the relevant claimant and instructing party
- Completion of any external audit requirements
